We’ve been waiting and waiting for 343 Industries to tell us more about Halo Infinite. But it sounds like that wait should be ending very soon. The company recently promised to share more about Halo Infinite. Let’s take a look at what they had to say.
343 Industries Promises to Share More About Halo Infinite in the Near Future
The company recent talked about Halo Infinite in a blog post. More specifically, 343 Industries commented on how quiet it has been regarding the game. The blog says, “We want nothing more than to answer your questions. We can’t wait to go into deep detail about the rich story and characters in the Halo Infinite campaign, to dive into exactly how customization and progression works and shows up visually in the multiplayer experience, and provide a detailed look at the incredible depth of content across the entire game.”
So, that gives us an idea of what we can expect to learn about. The company continued, “But to do it right and do the game – and the talented team crafting it – justice, we need to show rather than tell. Of course, this begs the question, “When are you going to show all that?” The best we can say right now is “when it’s ready.” That’s not the same as “when it’s done,” but it’s still “not yet.” When we get close, we’ll be sure to let you know ahead of time. Your questions will, eventually, be answered.”
That is pretty exciting—“show rather than tell.” That means that there should be some new footage of the game to check out soon. While the quote above is incredibly vague with respect to timing, the post mentions near the bottom, “We’re working with the team to provide an end of year update and establish plans to be much more communicative in the coming months.”
Hopefully that entails some of the promised updates on Halo Infinite. Either way, we will be sure to let you know the moment the company has more to say (or show) about the game. Halo Infinite will release in 2021, and might release in stages.
