Amazon Prime Day 2019 Sale: Madden 20, NHL 20 Among PS4 & Xbox Video Game Deals
The Amazon Prime Day 2019 sale officially launched on Monday, July 15, with deals across many categories including video games. The deals extend to a number of popular games including Spider-Man, Gods of War, and several upcoming titles from EA Sports. Gamers looking to pre-order EA’s Madden 20 and/or NHL 20 can find a bit of a savings among Amazon’s PS4 and Xbox game deals.
Madden 20, NHL 20 discounted for Amazon Prime Day 2019
As of this report, EA’s Madden 20 for PS4 or Xbox One is on sale for just $50.94 at Amazon. That’s a savings of nearly $10 on the pre-order for the standard edition of the upcoming game. The game was announced for $59.99 on pre-order weeks ago and is set to arrive on August 2, 2019.
The Madden 20 game features a whole new style of gameplay which includes select players with special Superstar X-Factor abilities. Additionally, there’s been a ratings system overhaul with just four members in this year’s Madden 99 Club. This year’s cover athlete is Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs as seen in the official reveal trailer below.
In addition to EA’s Madden being offered at that price, so is the upcoming NHL 20 game. It is also available during the Amazon Prime Day 2019 sale for just $50.94 on the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One consoles.

Other deals for two-day sale available
In another recent report, we mentioned deals are available for two other popular sports titles, from last year’s lineup. Those video game deals include NBA 2K19 at Amazon. However, the FIFA 19 deal is available over at Walmart’s competing sale.
The Amazon Prime Day sale is a special two-day sale available exclusively for members of the Amazon Prime service. That membership is available on a monthly or annual basis for different price points. With the membership, customers also receive faster shipping, normally within a two-day delivery period.
In addition to the sports games, there are many other popular titles available at Amazon’s sale as well as console bundles, accessories, and more. There are likely to be other deals offered throughout the next two days or even in the coming week as retailers look to battle with Amazon.
