Bethesda Gameplay Days Event Announced for PAX West

Bethesda has announced a sequel event to their successful PAX East event; Bethesda Gameplay Days. The new Bethesda Gameplay Days event will take place at PAX West in just one week’s time. The event is part fan meetup and part gameplay event, with unique merchandise and Twitch drops on offer.

The Upcoming Bethesda Gameplay Days Event

Bethesda first held an event of this sort at the last PAX East annual event. Thanks to the success of that occasion, the company is now looking to replicate the event for PAX West. The two-day Bethesda Gameplay Days event is scheduled for Friday the 31st of August and Saturday the 1st of September. It will take place at the Hard Rock Cafe in Seattle; “just a few blocks from PAX West itself”. Bethesda recently announced the upcoming event in a website news update.

The company is offering attendees the official “Gameplay Days tshirt” (pictured in the Tweet above), and opportunities to win a series of event prizes. The prizes on offer include custom Xbox One and Xbox One X controllers, custom headsets, and several custom consoles; Fallout 76-themed Xbox One X consoles, and PlayStation 4 Pro consoles themed around Prey’s Mooncrash DLC and Elder Scrolls Online’s Summerset DLC. The event will also feature live-streamed gameplay throughout, recently announced through Bethesda’s updated Twitch drop schedule. Fans who watch any of the live-streams can claim Twitch drops for The Elder Scrolls Online, Quake Champions, and The Elder Scrolls: Legends.

Bethesda Will Be Letting Players Try Out Murkmire for the First Time

Perhaps most attractive to fans is the chance to play Bethesda titles at the event. For the first time, Bethesda will be letting players try out The Elder Scrolls Online: Murkmire, the upcoming DLC. The Elder Scrolls: Blades will also have a playable iPhone demo, while the Rage 2 E3 demo will be available as well. Additionally, Quake Champions is set to feature, along with Prey: Mooncrash, and The Elder Scrolls: Legends. Finally, the event will host a variety of; “dedicated community meet-ups with developers and community managers”. A full event schedule is available on the Bethesda website.
