CD Projekt Red has announced that the fourth episode of the ongoing Cyberpunk 2077 Night City Wire series will be aired later this coming week. The episode, which will reportedly focus in part on the game’s vehicles, will be released on the 15th of October, at 18:00 PM CEST.
Cyberpunk 2077 Night City Wire Episode 4
Thus far, each episode of the Night City Wire behind-the-scenes series has focused on different aspects of the upcoming game. These have included, for instance; a showcase of the game’s weapons, the Braindance mechanic, and the announcement of the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Netflix series. As far as is currently known, the fourth episode will include a look at the vehicles of Cyberpunk 2077, relatively little of which have been revealed so far.
Fans have seen brief glimpses of the Cyberpunk 2077 vehicles in trailers or gameplay snippets. However, the total of these glimpses has been fairly minimal, overall. Presumably, just as the last Night City Wire episode featured gameplay of various weapons, episode #4 will feature a similar focus on vehicles. However, given the format of previous episodes, it’s likely that CD Projekt Red will also include some other sections. Indeed, the announcement mentions the “looks, sounds, and specs” of the vehicles. This could refer to a section looking at the game’s sound design, for example.
With barely more than one month before the launch of Cyberpunk 2077, this could be the final episode of Night City Wire. So far, each episode has been released on a roughly monthly schedule. However, there is enough time for one more episode, assuming that CD Projekt Red doesn’t speed up the release schedule. Indeed, it’s likely that the studio will release additional trailers as the release date nears; a new TV spot featuring Keanu Reeves was recently released, for example. For now, fans will have to wait and see what comes on the 15th of October.
