Madden 20 Legends: Ed Reed, Larry Little Join Ultimate Team

On Saturdays, Madden Ultimate Team reveals new legendary players as part of the mode. These are all-time stars from the gridiron who get cards with high ratings. Of course, to get those cards takes some currency in the game, but sometimes gamers can get lucky with packs. This weekend’s new Madden 20 Legends are Ed Reed and Larry Little.

This weekend’s Madden 20 Legends don’t necessarily provide any offensive firepower like some of the previous stars. However, Ed Reed is one of the all-time greats in terms of defense and most MUT players wouldn’t mind him on their roster. The recent Hall of Fame inductee gets a new card which features a 91 overall rating. Reed’s new top item also brings 90s for Speed, Acceleration, and Zone Coverage, along with an 87 on Play Recognition.

Joining Reed is a nice option for MUT rosters at the right guard position. The Larry Little Madden 20 Legends card is also a 91 OVR. Little’s new item brings 90s on Run Block, Run Block Finesse, and Pass Block Finesse. The former Miami Dolphins star also has a 88 for Pass Block and 87s for Strength and Awareness. So a nice overall player to go on the front line.

Both of their new top-level cards are now available in the game. For those gamers who don’t want to spend Madden Training or Coins on Legends Packs or Bundles, consider the Auction Browser. However, that will be quite costly too with some Legends going for hundreds of thousands (or a few million) Madden Coins.

There are also new Madden 20 Legends Challenges in Ultimate Team. These involve beating the legend’s team on a difficulty level of easy, medium, or hard. Defeating it on easy level will win the Madden 20 Legend’s Power Up card. There are also bonus stars for achieving certain in-game goals, resulting in more rewards.
