The new Madden Team of the Week has arrived! After Week 6 saw some great performances, it means that a number of players are getting upgraded cards in Madden 20 Ultimate Team. That includes the Minnesota Vikings’ Stefon Diggs and Carolina Panthers’ Gerald McCoy. In addition, Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan gets the best Madden 20 Team of the Week 6 item after a top-notch performance. Here’s the latest on the new TOTW players.

Madden 20 Team of the Week 6: Top cards go to Ryan, Diggs, McCoy

Each week’s Team of the Week brings a limited player card that goes to a top performer. For Madden 20 Team of the Week 6, the Falcons’ Matt Ryan gets the LTD item despite his team losing by a point to the Arizona Cardinals, 34-33. Ryan tallied 356 yards and four touchdowns on 30-for-36 passing, but ultimately his team came up short.

However, Ultimate Team gamers can now try to get his LTD card which has a 92 OVR rating with 87 Throw Power along with 93s for Throw Accuracy Short and Under Pressure. The new Matt Ryan item is in packs for a limited time (until 10/17 at 10 a.m. ET). Ryan’s TOTW LTD is available on the Auction Browser for as long as gamers have them to sell for Madden Coins.

There is an Offensive Hero and Defensive Hero joining Ryan on the new Madden 20 Team of the Week 6. On the offense, it’s Stefon Diggs who was a major component of the Minnesota Vikings 38-20 win over the Philadelphia Eagles. Diggs recorded 167 yards and three touchdown passes along with another 18 yards rushing.

Defensive Hero goes to the Panthers’ Gerald McCoy after his team defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. McCoy had four total quarterback hits and picked up 2.5 sacks along with two solo tackles. That aided his team in capturing a 37-26 victory over his former squad. As a result, both he and Diggs have new 91 OVR items available as shown below. Both include Power Ups and Team Chemistry.

To get their new Hero items involves collecting all of the other Team of the Week player items for a set to exchange. Both players also have new challenges available in the “Team of the Week” section. By defeating them for Stars, gamers can earn a free Team of the Week player as well as a Team of the Year Token (TOTY).

Who else made it onto the TOTW lineup for Week 6?

As with previous TOTWs, Madden 20 Team of the Week 6 also includes a number of other players based on their performances. That includes Seahawks halfback Chris Carson, Chargers tight end Hunter Henry, and Steelers rookie middle linebacker Devin Bush.

As mentioned, the Arizona Cardinals picked up their first win of the NFL season with rookie quarterback Kyler Murray guiding them. He gets a new Team of the Week card for his impressive performance. Both Murray and Devin Bush (above) will also get upgrades to their previously-released Rookie Premiere cards in Ultimate Team.

Here’s a look at who joins Murray with cards ranging from 77 to 84 OVRs.

The brand new Madden 20 Team of the Week 6 cards are now available through Madden 20 Ultimate Team Store. TOTW Packs and Bundles are available for Points (which cost real money) and Coins. Right now, a Week 6 TOTW Pack is 30,000 Coins or 500 Points. The 12x TOTW Bundle goes for 5,850 Points.

Of note, the players above were revealed earlier on EA Madden’s Twitch stream. During that time it was made clear the players revealed were “works in progress” (subject to change) due to the later Monday Night Football game’s finish.
