MLB The Show 19 Cryptic Tweet Teases Bryce Harper Cover Information

Spring training 2019 is right around the corner and MLB fans can’t wait, and neither can fanatics of the popular PlayStation game MLB The Show! While the game officially releases on March 26, many online chat rooms are already buzzing over what new features may be on the latest version and what cover uniform athlete Bryce Harper will be wearing.

While we do know that Bryce Harper will be on the cover of MLB The Show 19, we don’t know what jersey logo will be on the front. Harper, who is one of the biggest free-agents on the open market, has still yet to find a team willing to give him a deal. Well, at least a deal that he wants.

MLB The Show tease or real information to come?

MLB The Show is one of the greatest baseball games on the market. However, do they have some secret information that fans don’t know about in terms of where Harper may sign?

On Monday afternoon, MLB The Show’s official Twitter page tweeted out that they will have a big announcement on Tuesday.

“You’ll want to keep an eye on this account tomorrow… just saying”

And in the tweet is a picture of Harper, nothing else. From a business point of view, The Show has to print a cover for the upcoming ’19 edition release, but without a team for Harper to suit up with, what is the next move?

No uniform possible?

Is it possible after all of the hype that The Show 19 will have Harper on the cover without a uniform? Perhaps. They may be forced to just go with a picture of Harper’s face, like the cryptic tweet they released.

Or maybe they will have Harper in a generic jersey just revealing the back where fans can see his name. It is all really hard to speculate at this time, but if Harper remains unsigned for a few more weeks, printing a cover for the upcoming release date with the team Harper eventually signs with may become an issue. Stay tuned, tomorrow we may know a lot more!
