NBA 2K League Season 2019: THE TIPOFF Tournament Begins Tuesday, How To Watch Online
Tuesday (Apr. 2) marks the start of the NBA 2K League 2019 season with the first tournament ready to tip-off. Appropriately, that first major event in the season is the NBA 2K League’s THE TIPOFF Tournament. The first big tournament will feature the reigning champions amongst the teams in action on Tuesday night. Here are the latest details for how to watch the NBA 2K League season as it begins live online.
NBA 2K League Season 2019 Tipoff Tournament
There are 21 teams representing NBA teams around the country in the new 2K League Season. Each of the 2K League teams will play a total of 16 games this season right from the League Studio in Long Island City, New York. The teams will have three different tournaments to try to capture glory through the season. It starts with THE TIPOFF powered by AT&T. That will be followed by THE TURN and THE TICKET later this season.
The defending 2018 NBA 2K League Champions are Knicks Gaming. They’ll be one of the teams under the spotlight as THE TIPOFF goes live on Tuesday night. Knicks Gaming hosts NetsGC, a team that is brand new to the league this season. Other matchups will include the debuting T-Wolves Gaming against Grizz Gaming as well as Hawks Talon GC versus Pacers Gaming. Check out the complete schedule and how to watch online below.
NBA 2K League Season schedule: How to watch live online
A total of eight teams are in action tonight, with four matchups for gamers to watch. In addition to those mentioned above, there will be a nightcap featuring a classic rivalry. It’s the debut of Lakers Gaming as they take on Celtics Crossover Gaming. Games will begin at 5 p.m. Eastern Time with the final game at 9 p.m. Eastern Time Tuesday night. Teams below with asteriks are making the 2K League debuts.
