NBA 2K19 MyTeam Moments Cards Arrive For All-Stars Kemba Walker, Khris Middleton

Throughout the NBA season, the NBA 2K19 MyTeam mode continues to recognize players who have noteworthy in-game performances. Two of the 2019 NBA All-Stars recently received such recognition. The Charlotte Hornets’ Kemba Walker and Milwaukee Bucks’ Khris Middleton are the latest to receive NBA 2K19 MyTeam Moments cards. In addition, MyTeam is polling gamers on which other player deserves an honorary card.

New NBA 2K19 MyTeam Moments Cards for Kemba Walker, Khris Middleton

The 2019 NBA All-Star Game took place in Charlotte, North Carolina, home of the league’s Hornets. It was particularly special for Kemba Walker as the longtime Hornets star made it into the starting lineup for Team Giannis. Joining him on that team as a member of the reserves was Giannis’ Bucks teammate, Khris Middleton. They each received NBA 2K19 Moments Cards on April 2.

While the Hornets were amongst teams vying for an Eastern Conference playoff spot, they’ve lost their last three games. In the most recent, a 111-102 loss to Utah on Monday (Apr. 1), Walker shot 15-for-28 and finished with a team-high 47 points. That is certainly deserving of his 95-rated Diamond Moments card.

Jonas Valanciunas of the Grizzlies also picked up a 95 Diamond for his performance on March 30 against the Phoenix Suns. In that 120-115 win, the big man went off for 34 points and hauled in 20 rebounds. Meanwhile, Khris Middleton receives a 94 Diamond Moments card for March 28 when he dropped 39 points and grabbed nine boards in a 128-119 win over the Clippers.

There are also a new Evan Turner (88) Ruby and Christian Wood (85) Sapphire Moments cards. All of these new cards are available at the MyTeam Market in the game. League Moments packs start at 2,812 VC or 3,750 MT for a single pack. Gamers can purchase 10 packs for 33,750 VC and 20 packs for 101, 250 VC.

NBA 2K19 MyTeam Poll Underway for Triple Threat Online player

In addition to the recent card drops. NBA 2K19 MyTeam is giving the gamers a say in an upcoming Pink Diamond card. They’ve selected two star players of the past and two current players as part of their Triple Threat Online board poll. They include current NBA stars Zach LaVine of the Chicago Bulls and D’Angelo Russell of the Brooklyn Nets. Former Spurs star George Gervin and Sonics’ star Gary Payton are also part of the poll.

As of this report, the 2019 NBA All-Star D’Angelo Russell is leading the way with 48 percent of the votes. Gary Payton is second with 22 percent. Clearly gamers want a high-level card for the current Brooklyn Nets star that they can add to their NBA 2K19 MyTeam rosters. However, voting is still underway so there’s always the possibility for another player to seize the lead.
