New Madden 20 Heavyweights Arrive As Cameron Heyward, Rodney Hudson Join Ultimate Team

Madden 20 Ultimate Team continues to roll along in the NFL preseason. On Wednesday, August 21, the EA Madden crew provided gamers with a look at two new Madden 20 Heavyweights. The latest players to join Madden’s program are Pittsburgh Steelers star Cameron Heyward and the Oakland Raiders’ Rodney Hudson. Here’s a look at what each of these guys brings to Ultimate Team with their new items.

Heyward, Hudson join Madden 20 Heavyweights program

The Heavyweights program in Ultimate Team features those bigger players from the offensive and defensive lines. In fact, so far we’ve only seen one player who’s a ball carrier, with the rest providing blocking or tackling on the field.

Right end Cameron Heyward leads the way for the new Madden 20 Heavyweights player items on Wednesday. Heyward was revealed just last night to tease there would be another player revealed. With his 85 overall MUT card, the 6-foot-5 Steelers star has Power Up potential. His top attributes include 90 Play Recognition, 88 Strength, and 85 Power Moves.

In order to get the Madden 20 Heavyweights, gamers have to spend. The first option is to buy Heavyweights Packs at the Training Point Store to get the random player cards. The current cost for these packs is 1,780 Training Points, which are clearly valuable for other purposes, such as upgrading players on Ultimate Team.

The other option is to check out the latest Auction House bidding action. The Madden 20 Heavyweights screen indicates gamers can spend 79,800 Coins to try to win a player at the Auction House. However, there could be some auctions that come in under that price, so keep a watchful eye there.

Hudson and Heyward join the previously revealed Heavyweights over the past week or so. They included the 49ers’ Joe Staley, Packers’ Kenny Clark, Chargers’ Joey Bosa, and Eagles’ Lane Johnson, among other players. See all of the other Madden 20 Heavyweights here for a look at which players are available so far.
