Bandai Namco announced this morning that Seto Kaiba will be joining Jump Force as the first official DLC character for the roster. Kaiba arrives as the main anti-hero and sometimes antagonist from the Yu-Gi-Oh series. He joins Yugi Moto as one of the playable characters from that card-centric series.
Seto Kaiba will be joining the Jump Force roster in May 2019. We don’t have an exact release day just yet but fans can look forward to his release sometime in May. When Kaiba releases, it seems that he will play similarly to Yugi in that he will utilize his signature cards to deal damage to opponents.
He will mainly use his famous Blue Eyes White Dragon and Obelisk the Tormentor cards as his means of attacking the enemy. Players will be able to purchase Seto Kaiba in May 2019 either as a standalone DLC character or as part of the season pass for the game.
What’s interesting to note is that Bandai Namco says that Seto Kaiba will only be the first Jump Force DLC character out of nine in total. Those nine DLC characters are all included as part of the season pass, which is $29.99. The season pass also comes with four days of exclusive early access to these nine DLC characters.
