NVIDIA Customers Can Get Both Anthem and Battlefield 5 for Free

NVIDIA is keen to get as many PC gamers as possible upgraded to their latest series of graphics cards, and to that end, they’re now offering a limited time deal to get both Anthem and Battlefield 5 free with one of their cards. The deal is only available in conjunction with purchases of the new RTX series of graphics cards, the first cards to feature ray tracing.

Anthem and Battlefield 5 Free With NVIDIA’s Latest Graphics Cards

At present, there are four kinds of GeForce RTX graphics card available; the RTX 2060, 2070, 2080, and 2080 Ti. This latest deal was recently announced by DICE, with a post on the official Battlefield website“Have you been thinking about upgrading your gaming rig before you join the front lines?” asks DICE; “Now’s the perfect time because our friends at NVIDIA are offering an awesome bundle for PC gamers. For a limited time, when you buy eligible GeForce RTX 2080 Ti or 2080 GPUs, desktops, and laptops, you’ll receive both Battlefield 5 and BioWare’s upcoming online action shooter, Anthem.”

Battlefield 5 Ray Tracing Available with RTX Series

The 2080 and 2080 Ti GPUs are the more expensive of the high-end card series. However, if you buy one of the (somewhat) cheaper 2060 or 2070 GPUs, desktops, or laptops, you can still choose to get either Anthem or Battlefield 5 free with it. NVIDIA has partnered with Battlefield several times in recent months to help promote ray tracing, their impressive new graphical feature. In fact, the company recently demonstrated ray tracing with Battlefield 5 at CES.

With the launch of the 2060 GPU, Battlefield 5 will also be getting support for DLSS; Deep Learning Supersampling. This complex feature uses elements of artificial intelligence to boost performance, and is another new feature for the RTX series. If you take advantage of this offer, you can redeem your game codes in GeForce Experience. Install the software, access the drop-down menu in the top-right corner, and choose ‘Redeem’. After that, you can head over to Origin.com and find both games in ‘My Game Library’.
