I always remember back in 2009 when Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans was released, it being a Nicolas Cage movie I was interested and decided to watch the movie. Safe to say I was disappointed by the movie and could not believe that a movie with Nicolas Cage could have been as bad as this one was. It was a 2 hour movie and was very slow and repetitive with not much of a story to follow. Has to be one of worst movies I ever spent time watching.
