The last game I played was Monopoly Go just a little bit ago. Was not expecting another partners event so quickly but we have another so pushing through that event 🙂

The last game I played was Grow a Garden on Roblox just a few days ago. It's a chill game that you can have on in the background whilst doing other things 🙂

When it comes to video game worlds, I would say an apocalyptic world would be the worst world to live in. If you look at how apocalyptic worlds are portrayed in video games, they do not look like fun places to be at all. I would hate to be in a world where I always had to be on my guard as well as having to survive.

I guess it depends on the maturity of the child and whether they are able to play video games from a certain age. With all my kids, they started when they were around 3 years old on games for kids and are gamers now and play games daily. It all depends on the child and when the parent feels the child is ready to play video games.

I have been playing some Fortnite, trying to get through the battle pass before it ends tomorrow. Not a huge Star Wars fan but looking forward to the live event as I feel they get better every time.

I have come across quests and tasks that have been optional but if I complete it, I will get a reward in game. If there is a reward for completing the optional quest or task, that will usually motivate me to want to complete it, no matter how stressful it gets.

I have been known to do this myself in some games but other games, I tend not to bother. I know some games give you the option to change your characters appearance and clothing at the start of the game, if that is an option, I will usually do it then and then forget to do it when I am playing the game.

The largest amount I ever remember saving on a video games was around £25 when I purchased Hogwarts Legacy when it was on offer just before Christmas. I always like to wait for offers just in case the game isn't the greatest.

Forza Horizon 5 and Animal Crossing: New Horizons are two games that I know are open world but have seasons in the game itself. I know that Animal Crossing: New Horizons goes by the season where you live as you set it in the game which I think is pretty cool.

I have always known save scumming as being the term for reloading a save many times over until you get the outcome you are wanting in the game. I used to use this method a lot when I was playing more single player games often, it is a great way to keep going from that point rather than going back to the point the game would take you to if you let it.

I would have to say Animal Crossing: New Horizons when it comes to fishing mini-games. I love that I can just chill out and fish in Animal Crossing: New Horizons and you never know what you could catch so that makes it so much more interesting and exciting.

I couldn't say for sure how long I have had a game I have not played in my backlog but I would be pretty close with a guess of many years. I know I have games in my backlog that I picked up in sales around 5 years ago now that I have not had the time to play yet.

I can't say that when I imagine older games that I see them with upgraded graphics like we see games now but I do look at them and I am shocked at just how far we have come when it comes to video games and the graphics. Everything is so much more detailed now compared to older games.

I last played Grow a Garden on Roblox. It is a fairly new game that has become quite popular. I am having a ton of fun on it and it is a great game you can have playing in the background whilst you do other stuff.

We can only hope it is a success for them, especially after 8 years of work being all for nothing with such a sudden shutdown. The game looks great that they were working on so I do have high hopes for what they are working on now.
