As of right now Paramount have no plans to do an HD remaster of Star Trek Deep Space 9 or Voyager with the excuse that it would be to costly to re-scan the original film and remake all the CGI sequences. They did do this with The Next Generation bit it seems that they don't consider these other two shows to be worth the effort. However, for the last couple or years one man by the name of Joel Hruska has been working on it alone in his spare time sourcing from the DVD's and it is absolutely stunning! He has no intentions of distributing this illegally, he just wanted to prove that that the expensive processs of rescanning film and re-doing visual effects isn't necessary for older TV shows and hopefully Paramount will see his work and publish it.
