This is something I did not expect to read about today. But I guess a dog named Peanut Butter has made history by becoming the first ever canine to play a video game at a charity event, and in turn almost broke the world record on top of it. It was during the Games Done Quick’s weeklong charity event. The game was Gyromite on the NES. The good boy was able to finish the game in 26 min & 24 seconds, which was just two minutes shy of the actual record. Of course Peanut Butter isn't playing the game alone. His owner JSR (as he's known online, they don't give a name), is the one who trained him to play the game and tells him the exact buttons to press on a custom made controller in return for some treats.

Would have been even more impressive if someone he was able to play the game on his own, but still to be able to train a dog to essentially be your controller is pretty cool. Wonder what other tricks he has in store for Peanut Butter. :)
