Kane99 Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 The newest Thief game came out back in 2014 and didn't live up to the hype. Well I don't think there was much hype for that game to begin with, so it was never really going to do good. Anyway, I played a bit of the last Thief game, but got bored with it rather quickly. I know the original Thief games were popular, so much so that didn't it inspire games like Dishonored? Which I think I eventually went back to after playing Thief (2014). Do you think we'll ever see a Thief sequel or another reboot of the franchise? The crazy thing is, that it's been a little over 10 years since the rebooted Thief came out, so we're kind of due for something. They could also do remakes of the original trilogy.
