killamch89 Posted September 8, 2024 Posted September 8, 2024 On a few occasions, I've caught myself making the same mistakes or not sticking to routines I know would help me. It’s like I’m my own worst enemy in those moments, and it can get frustrating. Do you ever feel the same way? How do you deal with it when you find yourself getting annoyed with your own habits or decisions?
Bizdustry Posted September 9, 2024 Posted September 9, 2024 Yes, all the time! I generally get annoyed when I’ve made a mistake. But the most important part of this? It’s that I learn from what happened, this is why being annoyed at myself does help. killamch89 1

I've learn to forgive myself when I make a mistake - I used to be far more brutal but I'm human and it will inevitably happen. It's also great to learn from it.
