killamch89 Posted December 15, 2024 Posted December 15, 2024 Nintendo often releases special editions and limited runs for consoles, games, and merchandise. While they can be exciting for collectors, they also create frustration with scarcity and inflated prices. Do you think Nintendo’s approach adds value or causes unnecessary hype? How do you feel about their strategy with limited-time releases, and do you think they could improve the process?
Scorpion Posted January 20, 2025 Posted January 20, 2025 Nintendo's limited editions create excitement but often lead to frustration and inflated prices. They could improve accessibility while maintaining the appeal.
killamch89 Posted January 21, 2025 Author Posted January 21, 2025 I feel like their approach often prioritizes hype over accessibility. Limited-time releases, like Mario 3D All-Stars, create unnecessary FOMO and leave fans scrambling. They could release these items in waves to make them more available.
