Whether it's for the nostalgia or because it still holds up today, what's a game you can never put down, no matter how many years have passed?

Its timeless gameplay and simple yet addictive mechanics always keep me coming back. Nice. As for me, it's Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow - it's hands down the best handheld Castlevania game ever made. In terms of story and overall gameplay, none of the others can come close except maybe Portrait of Ruin for the DS.
