Sony’s success also stems from their ability to predict trends and innovate ahead of the curve. For instance, the PS4’s focus on developers and gamers, after the PS3’s rocky launch, felt like a direct response to both internal reflection and fan sentiment. However, I’d argue that their strategy isn’t solely dictated by fan input but also by market data and industry competition.
