A new Tony Hawk game is being teased 3/4/25? Could it be a new game or TH 3+4 remaster?

So maybe there is a new Tony Hawk game coming soon after all, as an announcement is being teased for March 4th. Tony Hawk himself was involved in the announcement that you can find below. A while back there was hope for a Tony Hawk 3+4 remaster/remake, but it was announced that the game was shelved after the Blizzard merger. But, could this be for TH 3+4 or will it be a completely new game in the series? I'm kind of hopeful for the latter, but would welcome a remake of 3+4 as well.
