First, I pay attention to the graphics because nice visuals catch my eye. I also think about how the game is played; if it seems fun and interesting, I'm more likely to give it a try. Recommendations from friends are really important too, along with the ratings in the app store, since they tell me how good the game is. I also look for unique features and a well-designed user interface that promise both entertainment and long-term engagement.
