There's a 3-for-1 answer here.  In order to learn what to put in the VR simulations employers have to find out from employees what their experiences have been which could be very validating and then of course the training would be better than current methods, I think, to prepare employees for the most scenarios and enlighten them to the experiences of co-workers.
