Osiris397
There's a 3-for-1 answer here. In order to learn what to put in the VR simulations employers have to find out from employees what their experiences have been which could be very validating and then of course the training would be better than current methods, I think, to prepare employees for the most scenarios and enlighten them to the experiences of co-workers. killamch89
VR role-playing scenarios could revolutionize customer service training by allowing employees to practice difficult interactions without real-world consequences. Trainees could experience handling upset customers, resolving complex issues, or managing busy periods with AI customers programmed to present various personality types and problems.
