Abyssus is an upcoming co-op FPS that is coining a new genre called "brinepunk", which according to this article here - https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/fps-abyssus-is-allowed-to-call-itself-brinepunk-but-you-all-need-to-stop-this-nonsense-immediately-afterward - means a steampunk style game taking place under water. It's releasing for PC sometime in 2025, but no official release date has been revealed yet.

Abyssus sounds intriguing with its "brinepunk" genre, blending steampunk elements beneath the sea! The co-op FPS experience promises excitement for players. I’m looking forward to its 2025 release on PC and will try the demo on Steam in the meantime!
