What’s your favorite game that challenges the player with ethical dilemmas?

Games that force you to choose between loyalty and pragmatism, good and evil, or self‑interest and altruism can stick with you long after you put down the controller. Which title’s moral choices had you questioning yourself whether it was choosing a faction in an RPG, deciding civilians’ fates in a narrative adventure, or grappling with resource scarcity in a survival sim?

That's a great question! For me, it's definitely Disco Elysium. The way it weaves ethical choices into the narrative is simply brilliant and makes you really think.

This War of Mine stands out for its civilian perspective on war that constantly forces impossible ethical choices. The moment I had to decide whether to steal medicine from an elderly couple to save my own group haunted me for days. It creates moral dilemmas without judgment, showing how survival erodes ethical boundaries.
