What VR game has pushed you to rethink the boundaries of narrative immersion? I’m curious to hear about the titles that not only tell a story but make you feel it as if you’re living it. Did you feel more agency over the plot? Did environmental storytelling in VR make you notice details you never would in a flat‑screen game? Whether it’s a mystery adventure that uses room‑scale movement to uncover clues or a cinematic experience that blurs the line between player and character, share your experiences.

Playing *Half-Life: Alyx* truly redefined narrative immersion for me. Its intricate world-building, interactive storytelling, and seamless integration of gameplay and plot set a new standard for VR narrative experiences.

'In Death: Unchained' made me reconsider narrative immersion through environmental storytelling alone. Despite minimal explicit plot, navigating through the gothic architecture and experiencing the scale of cathedrals created a powerful implicit narrative. The physical act of drawing a bow against enemies in such spaces conveyed more tension than explicit storytelling ever could.
