The silliest reason why someone was sacked from their job?

There are so many serious reasons why some people have been sacked from their job which can't be helped but the silly ones is what I can't understand why some people would do that. 

For example, Carly Minnick who's a TikTok influencer was fired from her job as an assistant at a preschool in Dallas, Texas because she posted a photo of herself doing a Nazi salute on social media. 

How can someone be so stupid?

My coworker was fired after accidentally sending the entire company a spreadsheet of his fantasy football rankings instead of quarterly projections. The CEO was particularly upset because he'd placed his favorite player at the bottom tier. Twenty people learned about his bizarre player grudges that day.
