killamch89
Online lag can kill immersion and split‑second reactions. If Sony unveiled a roadmap to lower latency be it through server architecture overhauls, edge‑compute nodes, or refined netcode what gains would matter most? Are sub‑30 ms pings your goal? Would you trade resolution for leaner data packets? Maybe predictive movement compensation is key?
Scorpion
I’d love to see improved network latency for smoother online gaming on PlayStation. Reduced lag would enhance gameplay, making matches more responsive and enjoyable. Better stability and faster connections would create a more seamless experience, especially during competitive or multiplayer sessions.
killamch89
Regional server expansion is crucial - having servers closer to players would dramatically reduce ping times. PlayStation should invest in more data centers in underserved areas, especially for competitive games where every millisecond counts.
