killamch89 Posted May 27, 2025 Posted May 27, 2025 Have you ever attempted to complete a mobile game as fast as humanly possible? Whether it was slicing through levels in an auto-runner or glitch-exploiting your way past boss fights, what motivated you to chase that sub-hour or sub-minute time? Did you join a community like SDA or discover techniques on your own? What tools, if any, did you use for timing and split tracking on mobile? And how did you handle touch controls versus precision controllers?
Scorpion Posted May 30, 2025 Posted May 30, 2025 No, I haven't tried speedrunning a mobile game before. It sounds challenging and fun! Do you enjoy speedrunning, and if so, which mobile game is your favorite to race through quickly?
killamch89 Posted June 3, 2025 Author Posted June 3, 2025 The biggest challenge in mobile speedrunning is timing accuracy without dedicated hardware. I use screen recording with frame counting for splits, but inconsistent frame rates make precise timing more difficult than PC speedrunning.
