What's your worst experience with social media AI moderator bots?

It's unfortunate today that human moderators are no longer used on social media sites. If they are still used, it's minimal and might likely be scrapped very soon. 

AI is used to run almost everything now, with all the complaints users give as a result of the ineffectiveness of those AI, they are still heavily used.

AI moderators seem to miss obvious spam and harassment but flag legitimate discussions about sensitive topics, creating a backwards enforcement environment
