It's for this reason that I had to change my notification setting on my smartphone to be in silent/mute permanently until I turn it back on. How do you feel about getting notifications on your smartphone? Do you leave it on or off?
killamch89 Posted June 4, 2025 Posted June 4, 2025 I keep only essential notifications on - calls, texts, and calendar reminders - but turn off social media and news apps to maintain my sanity throughout the day.
