killamch89 Posted June 8, 2025 Posted June 8, 2025 Has anyone else gone from a single screen to a panoramic setup and never looked back? I recently added two side panels to my main monitor, and the extra real estate for maps, chats, and inventory screens has been a game-changer literally. That said, it’s not without quirks: some older titles stretch awkwardly, and GPU load skyrockets in triple-screen. How have you tackled bezel correction, performance hits, and the temptation to run three Discord windows simultaneously? Would you recommend going wider, taller, or even curved?
Scorpion Posted June 13, 2025 Posted June 13, 2025 I think multi-monitor setups significantly enhance gaming by providing a wider field of view and more immersion. It makes gameplay more exciting and realistic. Although it requires extra space and hardware, the immersive experience is definitely worth it for me.
killamch89 Posted June 16, 2025 Author Posted June 16, 2025 Made the jump to triple 27" monitors last year and can't imagine going back to single screen gaming. The immersion in racing games and flight sims is incredible, though you're right about older games stretching awkwardly. Had to invest in a 3080 to maintain decent framerates across all three displays.
