killamch89 Posted June 11, 2025 Posted June 11, 2025 As esports professionalizes, formal credentials emerge like coaching certificates, shoutcasting diplomas, event management badges. Which certifications carry weight with teams, tournament organizers, or sponsors? Are Riot’s official coach programs, ESL shoutcasting courses, or Production+ streaming certificates worth the time and cost? Do HR departments and agencies recognize them, or is hands-on experience still king? For aspiring analysts, are data-science or statistics courses relevant? And what soft-skill workshops like leadership, communication have you found most impactful?
Scorpion Posted June 11, 2025 Posted June 11, 2025 Certifications like the Esports Management Certification, Game Design courses, and coaching credentials such as the Esports Coach Certification can boost your career. They provide industry knowledge, credibility, and skills in areas like team management, event planning, and game strategy.
