killamch89
SNES titles often had fun mechanics like charge shots in Mega Man X, Super Metroid, etc. Which game used this the best in your opinion? Did it change how you approached combat or feel especially satisfying to master? Love hearing how these mechanics impacted gameplay strategy. Scorpion Posted yesterday at 02:52 AM Share Posted yesterday at 02:52 AM It's got to be Super Metroid! The charge beam is iconic, and managing your energy tanks for those powerful shots against Ridley or Mother Brain is peak SNES gameplay. That satisfaction of a fully charged blast never gets old!
