Shooter recoil systems can make or break immersion. Which Xbox One shooter’s kickback do you prefer - smooth and predictable, random and gritty, or somewhere in between? Are you partial to the realistic heft in “Battlefield 1,” the arc‑driven spray patterns in “Titanfall 2,” or the precise pull‑back in “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare”

I prefer the recoil system in “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare” on Xbox One. It feels realistic and adds a layer of skill to shooting, requiring precise control. It really enhances the gameplay experience and keeps it challenging and satisfying.

Titanfall 2's predictable recoil patterns were perfect - once you learned each weapon's behavior, you could master the spray control and feel genuinely skilled.
