From the Master System’s cartridge clunks to the Dreamcast’s pioneering online features, Sega’s legacy is vast. In your opinion, which Sega console stands tallest among the rest? Consider library depth, hardware innovation, cultural impact, and influence on future consoles. Was the Genesis/Mega Drive’s arcade-like performance unbeatable? Did the Saturn’s 2D prowess earn it cult status despite commercial struggles? Or does the Dreamcast’s visionary internet support make it the true crown jewel?

For me, it has to be the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive. Its fierce rivalry with Nintendo pushed both companies to innovate, leading to some of gaming's most iconic titles and a golden era of 16-bit gaming. It truly shaped the industry.

Genesis/Mega Drive changed everything - it proved Nintendo wasn't invincible and gave us Sonic, Streets of Rage, and the birth of console online gaming with SegaNet.
