killamch89
One of my favorite parts of diving back into GBA titles is uncovering hidden lore entries tucked away in secret menus or after defeating obscure bosses. Sometimes these tidbits totally shift your understanding of the world, its characters, or the overarching plot. I’m curious: which Game Boy Advance game surprised you with an unlockable piece of lore that made you go, “Wait, what?!”? Was it a hidden diary entry, an unlisted boss profile, or a cryptic text blurb?
Scorpion
For me, the unlockable lore in Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow was incredibly surprising. Discovering the true identity of the protagonist, Soma Cruz, and his terrifying connection to Dracula through hidden journal entries and character dialogues, added a profound and dark twist to the narrative that I never saw coming.
