Scorpion
For me, Radiant Silvergun on the Sega Saturn had a boss rush that truly tested my reflexes. Treasure's bullet-hell mastery, combined with its unique weapon system, made surviving that gauntlet of intense boss patterns a monumental challenge. Pure, unadulterated arcade action! In my opinion, Guardian Heroes' boss rush mode was insanely challenging - facing all the game's massive sprites in succession without breaks tested not just your reflexes but your ability to adapt fighting styles between completely different enemy types within seconds.
