skyfire Posted April 23, 2019 Posted April 23, 2019 I do see that if stadia like concept comes up. Then the digital downloads is the future. But I don't trust google on any project to remain alive in their hands. So I hope other gaming companies may pick up from there.

It wouldn't surprise me if other companies began to pick up on it (in fact, I'd be surprised if they didn't) but if I were them, I'd wait to see how Google does, the main issues, etc. before working on something of my own.
skyfire Posted April 25, 2019 Posted April 25, 2019 So far no company has came up with their own stadia though. But yeah I am sure someone will make stadia type thing in open source and things would pick up really quicker and faster as it is browser based.
