  1. Over the past week I got back to my favorite online game, Path of Exile. I used to diss it due to my love for Diablo but the last year I spent tons of hours in it. The developers have created a huge world, with amazing classes, builds, abilities etc and the activities are way more than what I could ask.

What surprises me though is the fact that the developers are constantly adding new content. AND IT'S FREE! Who would do that and for soooo many years? Someone who hasn't played it might say... Yeah but it's pay-to-win right? Absolutely not. The only money you can spend on it is for your looks and for tabs, if you want to keep things organized.

I can confirm that I'm never getting over Path of Exile. The narrative, the voice acting, the ambiance, the level design, the bosses. Everything is perfect. I'm a big fangirl but still I think everyone should invest a few hours in it if they're looking for a better version of Diablo 3. What do you think?

More focus on story and narrative over gameplay. Metal Gear Solid series come to mind as a prime example, or the David Cage games.

MGS is a godmade franchise. When I first got into it I wasn't prepared of the depth it carried. I used to say that I don't care about playing it since it will be "Counter Strike" material. Poor foolish me 😄

Personally for me, being a trans female, creating female personas in games has always been important to me. Allows me to live in a world as the gender I identify as.

That's an amazing view on the topic. This gives people the opportunity to perfectly express their identities. Kudos for that!

That's great. I never thought of it like that before, but you nailed it. If I kill people in games without a reason, I remove the emotional payoff of getting righteous results.

Exactly! Everyone is making fun of me for not killing in PUBG for instance. I just tell them where to shoot and revive them and hand them guns when needed. It's extra fun if you ask me hahahaha

I've been looking very carefully at the statues and paintings on your advice. Not only is the artwork amazing, but you are right--there are a lot of details i'd have missed otherwise in terms of plot. Thank you!

You're welcome! I took that advice when I started it as well and I was rewarded with a magnificent story 😮

I agree! Many streamers I have watched since the release of this game have said that getting it with the Pokeball is so much more fun than just playing with the normal controllers. It really is a shame that they are charging so much for something like that but at the same time, I guess they are releasing that many will buy it and it's one way to make that extra buck.

I myself will be saving to purchase this game with the pokeball but I have a funny feeling it will definitely take a while.

Me too 😢 it will take more than a few months to get a good deal on that, unfortunately

  7. I usually do this twice a year. Not anything too extreme though. I just suck the dust and clean fans with a toothbrush. Any suggestions on what other thing I should do? Or an easier way to suck out the dry other than reverse use the blow dryer on cold? 😄

  8. The original Sims with the Superstar expansion was the bomb! I still remember the song you were singing when trying to become a popstar 😄

Sims 3 was my favorite one although I only owned the Late Night expansion. Used to have a 20gb drive full of mods for it and it crashed my pc at the time. Never played after losing all my progress. It was too much of a loss 😞
