[What video game mascot is the best out of them all?]

I would have thought it would be Mario.....or Pac Man.  I would have picked Mario but they both have been around for quite some time. 

[Have you ever speed run a game?]

I don't normally play a game that way (not unless I'm being timed and I'm being forced to hurry).  When I get in a game that's an open world RPG or something like that, I definitely don't want to.

[Last Game Played]

The last game I played was Super Mario 3D World.  I have it for both the Switch and the Wii U.  I've been going back and forth between the two consoles to play that game.

[What device do you game on?]

I normally game on Nintendo consoles.  I've had every console since the original NES. 

I do have a PS4 but that's because I originally bought it to be able to play "Hogwarts: Legacy" when it comes out.  Right after I purchases the PS4, they suddenly announced that they were going to make the game on the Nintendo Switch (which was a console I already had).   So now I have to decide if I want to play the game on the Switch or the PS4.

I'm trying to decide if I want to get this game for the PS4 or the Nintendo Switch. 

I've had people tell me that the graphics will be better on the PS4 but if I get it on my Switch then I'll be able to play the game on the go.

[Games that stresses you]

I don't know I've ever had an entire game that has stressed me out.  I might of had certain levels or bosses that were hard to get through but I' eventually got through them once I worked through them.  It's just certain spots required patience more than others. 

[Nintendo's consoles vs. Nintendo's handhelds.]

This may be the reason why they came up with the Switch.  You can do both with it.  You can play it at home or you can take it with you.  I have liked each one of their consoles for different reasons (both handhelds and home consoles).

It's very rare that I get off the Mario or Harry Potter games.  This doesn't look like something that I'll get into so I'll pass. 

[Suggestions for child friendly multiplayer games]

I normally play Mario games or Harry Potter games.  I know Mario is something exclusive to Nintendo so you'll more than likely won't be able to get anything like that for a PC.  You might try some of the Harry Potter games though if this kid is a Harry Potter fan.

[What's your favorite home console?]

My favorite is the GameCube from Nintendo.  I really, really liked all of the games that they put of for the GameCube.  I think they were some of my favorite. 

[Most Expensive Consoles Ever]

If a console becomes more expensive than my house, I think I'm going to quite gaming.  I'm sorry.  I'm not willing to play that bad that I'm going to buy a console that cost me more than my house.  There are some things that are more important to me than gaming. 

[What's a game you should like but just find too mundane/bad]

I don't know that I've ever found a game I couldn't play. 

Of course, I normally play Mario games and Harry Potter games (most of the time).  It's very rare for me to get off that and into something else.  So far, I've never found a bad Mario game or Harry Potter game. 

[Is there a platform you hate?]

Xbox

The reason being is their controllers are too bulky for my little hands.  I've never really been a fan of their stuff (no offense).  I just have small hands and it's harder for me to play with a controller that is big and bulky feeling. 

[Which would you pick?]

I'm more of a console gamer than I am a computer gamer so the gaming computer is out. 

I'm not really an X-Box fan because I think their controllers are too bulky for my little hands. 

So, I went with the PS5 on this one. 

[Racing games that deserve a comeback]

I don't play many racing games.  The only racing game I play is the games from the Mario Kart series and they've produced many of those games so it wouldn't be considered a "comeback" really if they did another game.  They've produced at least one game for each console that Nintendo has put out. 

[Kids are turning to video games to help with their anxiety]

For me, reading was always my escape.  This is what reading has done for me.  It still kind of is.  When I pick up a book and read, it allows me to focus on something else instead of focusing on whatever it is that is stressing me out. 

Games kind of let me do the same thing.  I can play a game that is fun and lets my brain wonder off instead of focusing on my stress.

[Should Nintendo focus more on having powerful hardware?]

I think Nintendo has been ahead of the curve on other things.  Like handhelds for instance.  Nintendo has the market on handhelds (in my opinion).  Sony tried it with the PSP and the Vita but they didn't sell as well and Microsoft never even got into that market. 

Also, I think Nintendo was the first to come out with a wireless controller if I'm not mistaken. 

Moral of the story is Nintendo has other things that they are good at and I think they are focusing on what they are good at. 

[When Your PC Dies]

My hubby has a PC and it did die.  I can't remember what was wrong with it. 

He did get it working again though it did take a while.  We both have laptops so he wasn't in a big rush to fix it since we had other means of getting online.  Now that he has his PC working again, he prefers using that as opposed to using his laptop.  I prefer using my laptop and it keeps me from hogging the PC so that he can use it. 

[How safe is VR?]

I don't do VR because I'm afraid that I'd end up breaking other stuff in the room while I'd be playing the game. 

I can see this being good exercise while enjoying playing a video game if you weren't concerned about breaking anything inside your house. 

[What Unreleased Game Are You Most Excited About?]

I'm most looking forward to Hogwarts Legacy.  It was suppose to come out last year but it got delayed thanks to the situation with Covid. 

I'm not going to lie.....I'm a big Harry Potter fan here.  I would love to play an open world game where you get to explore Hogwarts and see what adventures you can get into. 

[Despicable Me: Minion Rush]

I'm a big Minion fan so I'm surprised I don't have this game on my phone.  I didn't know there was such a game till just now but I shouldn't be surprised with all the games they are coming out with that you can play on your smart phone. 

[Xbox accessories]

I'm not an X-box fan because I've found the controllers to be bulky compared to the controllers from other consoles.  That's way I never got one.  My hands are kinda little and I don't feel like their controllers fit in my hands very well. 

[Can someone explain the PS5 shortage?]

I just always thought there was a shortage because this console came out during the Covid-19 pandemic and everyone was forced to stay at home.  And because people were forced to stay at home, they were looking for things to do while being confined to their homes. 

[Atari Is 50 years old today]

I can't believe the Atari has been around this long.  I thought it came out when I was a little kid but apparently not.  I remember playing this when I was a little kid.

[Favorite Character in multiplayer Super Mario games]

Normally when playing a Mario Kart game, I'll normally play as one of the lighter characters like Toad for instance.  I want whoever is the lightest and seems to be the fastest.  The bigger characters like Donkey Kong or Bowser are good for knocking other people out of your way but they seem slower to me.
