Apple when it comes to gaming is pretty much useless as they're not intended for gamers, because all they care about is processing power and compact laptops/macs. Plus no PC games are made for MacOS

Have you tried the latest Doom releases be a good place to start, but if you're looking for alternatives on PC then shadow warrior, reborn, destiny 2, prey are great places for games similar to Doom?
