The Blackangel Posted June 1, 2021 Share Posted June 1, 2021 If you could discover exactly what happened to the inhabitants of both islands, and why certain things existed, which would you choose? This one is a hard one for me. I would love to know the whats and whys of Easter Island. How to read their mysterious writing, how and why the Moai were built and placed where they are. But Roanoke is just as weird and possibly more curious. Everyone gone and CROATOAN carved into a tree. Nothing else. The people were simply gone. No evidence of any kind of attack.
