One of my coworkers almost fell for a scam once, but I helped him not fall down that rabbit hole by informing him to block the person on Facebook. He got a message from a good looking woman on Facebook, their conversation started out fine but then she started asking him for gift cards and I told him to block them immediately because that's a huge red flag.
