Alternatives to Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Notability for Note-Taking?

I'm looking to diversify my note-taking and document creation tools beyond Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Notability. What apps or tools do you use that offer unique features or better functionality? I'm open to both popular and lesser-known options.

I like Zoho Writer for its simplicity and its friendly features. Another great option is Bear, which offers a distraction-free writing experience.

Zoho Writer and Bear are definitely great choices. I'd want to also add Quip to the list. It has seamless for note-taking.

I think I might just go for Notion. Zoho Writer and Bear are fantastic alternatives but Notion falls more in line with what I need at the moment.
