How Many Hours a Day Do You Spend on Your Computer?

I’m curious about everyone’s screen time habits. How many hours a day do you spend on your computer for work, leisure, or both? Do you track it, or is it more of a rough estimate?

I'd say I average around 5-6 hours a day, and it's splitted between work and leisure. I use tools like RescueTime to track my screen time and it has really helped me to stay aware.

I don't track mine, the way I probably should. Right now, I might have to estimate 4 hours at most for gaming. Maintaining a balance is the major issue but it's doable.

Personally, I probably average 10+ hours most days as I work online so using my computer is a must. Plus it's my favorite platform to game on.
