Video games have taught me patience and the importance of trial and error. Some of the hardest games, like 'Dark Souls,' made me realize that failure isn't the end. It's a stepping stone toward progress. That mindset has shifted how I approach difficult situations in life. Instead of getting frustrated, I try to learn from each mistake and keep pushing forward.

To be honest with you, Video games taught me teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. I learnt the importance of coordination and strategy while playing Overwatch and League of Legends.

One important thing I learnt is emotional regulation and I was able to gain this skill from games like Dark Souls and Sekiro.
