killamch89 Posted December 7, 2024 Posted December 7, 2024 I've been thinking about trying my hand at baking bread. Have any of you baked your own from scratch? How did it turn out? Any tips for a first-timer? Does it take a lot of time or is it easier than it seems? Also, what’s your favorite type of bread to bake?
Bizdustry Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 (edited) I’ve never baked my own bread but I’ve had family bake some for me and I’ve got to say it tasted significantly better than processed off the shelf. Who knows, perhaps in the future I’ll bake myself but I haven’t really good the skills to do it. Edited December 8, 2024 by Bizdustry

From what I've read, it takes up a bit of time and the ingredients have to proportioned correctly or else the bread won't form properly. I bake things like cakes for myself and other stuff but bread is one I haven't tried before. I mean, I've made banana bread before but that's more of a pudding than actual bread.
