Kennysplash Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Research has shown that playing games can have positive effects on mental and emotional well-being. They can help you unwind, escape a harsh reality and even boost your mood. How true do you think this is?
killamch89 Posted December 17, 2024 Posted December 17, 2024 I definitely think good games can be therapeutic. For me, they offer a great escape when life gets stressful. It’s not just about distractions - some games let you explore different emotional landscapes or work through complex situations, which can be really calming and even help with problem-solving in real life.
